Each Perch is fitted with modern decor and a fully equipped kitchenette for self-catering accommodation. The Perch overlooks its own lake where you can enjoy watching a wonderful variety of wildlife.
We are ideally situated for those exploring the outstanding natural beauty of the Causeway Coast and beyond. Indulge in views of the Atlantic ocean, Portrush, Coleraine, Castlerock, Donegal and the most northerly part of Ireland, Inishtrahull Island. The Perch is a magnificent place to watch the sunset, stargaze or if you’re lucky catch a glimpse of the northern lights.
Pick Your Perch
The Perch provides two distinct experiences, a Tiny House or a Studio.
Our Tiny House can sleep up to 4 people. It has a super king bed in the mezzanine and a king size sofa bed in the living area.
Our Studio can sleep up to 2 people in a super king size bed, with everything on one level.
Every Perch has air conditioning and all the latest mod cons to enjoy self catering accommodation. Both the Tiny House and the Studio feature their own private Hot tub for a luxurious and relaxing break away.

Our Story
A Family History
The Perch is located on a working farm which has been in our family for four generations and over one hundred years. We have always stopped to enjoy the spectacular views and it is our pleasure to share the scenery with our guests. We want you to have a unique sustainable experience in our favourite part of the world.
The Lake
The Perch is nestled on a hill overlooking a spring fed lake. Our own spring water source can be enjoyed in each holiday home, flowing directly from the tap. A variety of wildlife can be seen and the lake is home to rainbow and brown trout.
Renewable Energy
Our commitment to sustainable practices is evident as all our holiday rentals are powered by renewable energy from our wind turbine and solar panels. Ensuring a minimal environmental footprint. You can enjoy your getaway guilt free in an eco-friendly luxury stay that respects and protects the natural beauty of our surroundings.
