Our Tiny House holiday rentals in Northern Ireland are designed to offer both comfort and flexibility in sleeping arrangements. In the Mezzanine Area, guests will find a luxurious Super king size bed, providing a peaceful and cosy sleeping experience. The Living Area features a versatile King Size Sofa Bed, which can be easily transformed to accommodate extra guests.

Yes, we take pride in providing our guests with high-quality toiletries in both our Studio and Tiny House Perches. Our partnership with Minimal, known for their eco-friendly and sustainable products, aligns with our commitment to environmental responsibility. Minimal’s toiletries are part of a closed-loop system designed to minimize single-use plastics, reflecting our dedication to sustainability. By choosing these products, we ensure that our guests enjoy luxury and convenience while supporting our efforts to preserve the beautiful Northern Irish environment.
Guests are provided with a fresh set of towels. We understand the importance of comfort and convenience during your stay, so if additional towels are needed, we are more than happy to accommodate this request. Our approach ensures that we cater to your needs while also adhering to our sustainable practices. Minimising unnecessary laundry and supporting our eco friendly goals in Northern Ireland’s serene environment.
We pride ourselves on providing fresh, natural water in a way that respects and harmonises with our surrounding environment. Each Perch sources its water directly from our own spring, located within the farm. This means that the water you use during your stay comes straight from a natural source, ensuring a unique experience.
In alignment with our dedication to sustainability, each Perch is equipped with a state of the art Thermal Battery. This innovative system heats water on demand using electricity generated by our own wind turbine, showcasing our commitment to eco-friendly practices. By harnessing renewable energy, we not only provide our guests with the comfort of hot water but also take a significant step towards reducing our carbon footprint in the beautiful Northern Ireland setting. This approach reflects our ongoing efforts to offer luxurious accommodation while remaining conscientious of our environmental impact.
Unfortunately we are not currently pet friendly. Although we do have plans for a pet friendly Perch in the future.
